This Power BI Human Resources Dashboard focuses on tracking the Turnover Rate Over Time. It is composed of four pages starting with a general overview of the Active Employees and the number of hires and resignations that occurred in the selected timeframe. There is a timeframe filter along with three additional filters that enable to investigate the Manager, Department, and job Position details.
The Human Resources Dashboard has been designed to answer questions such as:
- How many hires and resignations occurred over a selected period?
- What is the Employee Headcount and Turnover Rate over time?
- What is the distribution of employees by Department, Job Position, Gender, Service Length, Age Group and Education?
